Editing your Authorization Request Email

Once you have manually added, imported or synced your customers you can send them an Authorization Request.

An Authorization Request is an Open Authorization between you and the customer.

To edit your Authorization Request Email, go to the Authorizations page.

We have created a default set of Authorization Terms & Conditions, but you may edit them as it suits your business needs.

Verify you have all the required elements.

Edit the Email Template to create a default email included in your Authorization Request. It can later be edited for a specific customer when you send them an Authorization Request via the Customers page.

When all edits are completed, select Save.
