Sending Authorization Requests

Authorization Request Email

You can send Authorization Request Emails to single customers or in bulk.

Send to a single customer

In your Rotessa account, go to the Customers page.

Select the  Elipses at the right end of the customer's row that you want to send an Authorization Request to.

Select  Email Authorization Request.

An example of the Authorization Request will pop-up. Edit the information as needed to personalize your payment agreement.

Select  Send Authorization Request

When the customer completes the form, their bank information will be automatically updated in their customer profile and their status will be marked as  Complete.

Send to Multiple Customers at Once

Authorizations Requests can also be sent to multiple customers at once with our bulk action feature.

Go to the  Customers page in your Rotessa account.

Select the multiple customers you want to send a request to or  Select All.

Select Bulk Action and then Email Authorization Request.

An example of the Authorization Request will pop-up. Edit the information as needed to personalize your payment agreement.

Select Send Authorization Request

When the customer completes the form, their bank information will be automatically updated in their customer profile and their status will be marked as Complete.

In your Rotessa account’s Authorizations page, go to the Authorization Link tab.

Select Copy Link

Paste the link in an email to your customer(s) or by embedding the link on your company website.

You can Preview the Authorization Request, before sending to your customers, when you select Preview.

You will be notified via email when your customers complete the authorization form. The customer receives an email with an outline of the terms and conditions.

In-Person

In your Rotessa account’s Authorizations page, go to the Template for In-person tab.

Select which file type you would like to download and edit for your Authorization.

While it is not required, we encourage you to upload a photo or scan the completed authorization form to the customer's profile.
